Holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (2011), is a Specialist Nurse and holds a Master’s degree in Medical-Surgical Nursing (2014). He is currently a PhD candidate in Nursing at the Catholic University of Portugal.
He also holds postgraduate qualifications in Advanced Nursing Practice (2012) and in Clinical Supervision in Nursing (2013). He has been awarded the Advanced Competency in Clinical Supervision and holds the title of Specialist in Nursing (under Decree-Law No. 206/2009).
His professional practice is focused on intensive care, and he has been teaching in the field of Nursing since 2013.
