Holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the Nursing School of Porto (2017), and a Postgraduate Specialization in Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing (2020). Completed a Master's degree in Mental Health and Psychiatric Nursing at the Nursing School of Porto (2019).

Currently a PhD candidate in Nursing at the Catholic University of Portugal.

Works as a nurse at the Santo António Local Health Unit, at Magalhães Lemos Hospital, in an Acute Inpatient Unit, and collaborates with the Nursing School (Porto).
