The Nursing School (Porto) is launching a drawing contest open to all its students, with the goal of selecting an original illustration to be used as an institutional bookmark.
This contest aims to highlight students’ creativity and reinforce the identity and values of the School through a simple object with high visibility throughout the academic year.
Who Can Participate
All students regularly enrolled at the Nursing School (Porto) are eligible.
Each student may submit only one drawing.
Theme
The theme is open, as long as it relates to the world of nursing, caregiving, science, and humanization in healthcare.
Interpretation should be personal and creative.
How to Participate
- Download the official PDF template provided by the School and print it, or request a copy from the Administration Office.
- Draw by hand, following the dimensions and safety margins indicated.
- Drawings can be in color or black and white.
- Digital media, collages, or printed images are not allowed.
Submission
Drawings may be submitted physically to the Administration Office or digitally via a high-quality scan.
Each submission must include:
- Name
- Student ID number
- Course
- Institutional email
- Signature
Evaluation
Submissions will be evaluated by a jury appointed by the Nursing School (Porto), based on:
- Creativity and originality
- Relevance to the theme
- Aesthetic quality
- Clarity of the message
- Adaptability for a bookmark
Prize
The winning drawing will be used as the official bookmark of the School of Nursing (Porto) during:
- The 2026/2027 academic year
- And until the end of the current academic year
The author of the drawing will be credited whenever the bookmark is distributed or displayed.

Submission deadline: 16 February
Results announcement: 23 February
Participation in the contest implies acceptance of the rules.
