  2. To discuss the factors behind the evolution of nursing as a discipline and profession;
  3. To refer to the levels of structure of nursing knowledge;
  4. To appropriately use the different concepts of the disciplinary structure;
  5. To identify different standards of knowledge in Nursing;
  6. To understand the different conceptual development methodologies;
  7. To discuss the different theoretical conceptions of nursing by Schools of Thought;
