Learning outcomes of the Curricular Unit:
This course unit aims to deepen knowledge and develop skills in Child and Pediatric Health (SIP). The student will undertake this internship in Pediatric Medicine/Surgery Inpatient Units, Pediatric Emergency, Pediatric Intensive Care, and Neonatology.
The internship report should demonstrate that the student is capable of:
- Interpreting information from their initial education and professional and personal experience.
- Producing well-founded discourse, considering different perspectives on the health issues of the client and family.
- Communicating the results of practice and applied research to specialized audiences.
- Evaluating complex situations from an advanced academic perspective.
- Reflecting critically and addressing complex issues in professional practice related to the client and family.
- Communicating conclusions, knowledge, and reasoning to disseminate and transfer knowledge, at scientific events, and in the preparation of scientific articles.
